The right to access and the right to object

The Privacy Act grants all data subjects the right to access their data, directly or indirectly. Furthermore, data subjects can also oppose to the processing of the data provided they respect a few conditions.

On separate pages dedicated to these trights the Authority has made more information available, as well as model letters (in Dutch and French) to help data subjects exercise their rights.
